The following are the field names and where they are originated from.

Field - Description

  • Submission Ref - This hash ID means acceptance ID before a registration.
  • Accession Number - GlyTouCan accession number of a glycan structure.
  • Sequence - Acceptance from a user’s sequence
  • Registration Date - Submitted date from user
  • Validation - Glycosequence validation results by GlycanFormatConverter
  • Normalized WURCS - A WURCS sequence that is normalized by WURCS validator
