The following are the field names and where they are originated from.

Field - Description

  • Submission Ref - This hash ID means acceptance ID before a registration.
  • Sequence - Acceptance from a user’s sequence
  • Date - Submitted date from user
  • ID - Partner ID that is external database id
  • DB - GlyTouCan partner (default is GlyTouCan)
